Eastvale Girls Softball Leads Off with 3rd Year

Eastvale Girls Softball Association (EGSA)Eastvale Girls Softball Association (EGSA), as part of Southern California Amateur Softball Association (ASA), provides great opportunity for young girls in Western Riverside County. 

The 2008-2009 Board of Directors announces the Winter Ball Season schedule and sign-up opportunities.

EGSA is kicking off the third year for the fastest growing league in the Inland Empire.  All girls from ages 4 to 18 have the opportunity for growth and development of softball skills, and life skills to the highest level achievable through competitive softball.  The objective of the League is to encourage and foster the physical and mental development of the girls involved; to encourage the principles of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage and reverence while enriching their lives towards their own adult responsibility in the communities in which they will be living.  “Winter Ball” is designed for the girls as a first-time sport all the way to being a regular in becoming an amateur athlete.

Winter Ball season operates on Saturdays for 12 weeks commencing the first Saturday in September 6th to November 15th with final tournament play on November 22nd

Sign-ups are taking place at multiple dates and locations:


July 12, 13, 19, 20, 26, 27                             “Borders” Eastvale Gateway Shopping Center

July  9, 16, 23, 30 – August 6, 13, 20, 27        McCune Park, Pavilion

September 6th                                             DEADLINE for sign-up

Registration fees for Tee Ball players 6 and under are $75 and $85 for the remaining ages. 

We welcome all interested families to sign-up all their daughters and make this a family

affair in strengthening the Eastvale community.  Our current All-Star teams have brought home many 1st and 2nd place trophies and bring great pride to our community.  Our 8U, 10U, 12U & 14U all made history by making it to ASA's State Tournament in Lancaster, California. The 10U & 12U both were crowned the 2008 So Cal Eastern District Champions.  Eastvale Girls Softball Association is “Bound for Glory” at our State Tournament.
