nullSome of the most common New Year resolutions have to do with improving health and fitness. Many people have the same resolutions year after year - and people all over the world share these goals: "lose weight," "exercise more," "eat better" and such.

But why is it that a great deal of our health resolutions fizzle out after just a month or two? Some say that we're just not dedicated or willing or motivated enough. I disagree.

How do you feel when you can actually keep track of your progress and see that you've accomplished something? You can when you break down your goals and resolutions into smaller, more specific parts. For me, when I can do that, I feel like I'm getting somewhere, making headway and I can do a little happy dance when I make those smaller goals that lead to a larger goal.
