Initial Fiscal Review: Eastvale Cityhood Financially Feasible
Written by MIke Nava

Last night, the MuniFinancial representatives gave a presentation of a preliminary study that was conducted on Eastvale Cityhood. The preliminary results were that Eastvale becoming a city is financially feasible.

About 100 people were in attendance at Rosa Parks Elementary to listen to the hour long Initial Fiscal Review given by Robert Spencer from MuniFinancial.  Incorporation Members that were in attendance were voting Yes or No on the continuation of a further detailed analysis that would be presented to the Riverside County Local Agency Formation Commission (also referred to as LAFCO). Members of LAFCO were also in attendance, including Riverside County Supervisor John Tavaglione.

If the vote passes, fundraising and petition drives will begin to complete the detailed comprehensive study that will be presented to LAFCO later in the year.
