The Eastvale Town Hall meeting for August 2009 was recorded for our website. Alex Kwiat from Creative Digital Images is nice enough to record the meetings for EastvaleResidents.com. The videos are seperated into the different topics. There are 7 sections. there is a discussion in our discussion forums on the proposed Developemnt by Bircher development. You can read the discussion here: http://www.eastvaleresidents.com/forums/general-discussion/12148-new-proposed-development-birtcher-developement-archbald.html

My most accounts, this is the largest and most crowded event Eastvale has ever had. Music, talent show, Fireworks, Water Slides, Carnival and much more fun was had at the 2009 Picnic in the Park. Eastvale's Annual event was put on jointly by JCSD and the Eastvale Events Committee. Here are a few pictures. (Slideshow coming soon).

In cooperation with JCSD Eastvale Parks & Recreation, the Eastvale Community Events Committee has announced its 5th Annual Eastvale Picnic in the Park. Once again, the event will go for three days along with the ERHS Climate Boosters’ Carnival, and a new collaboration with the Eastvale Business Network. Picnic in the Park is on June 26, 27, & 28, and is located at Harada Heritage Park, 13100 65th Street in Eastvale. Admission is free and all three days will feature the ERHS Carnival, free entertainment, and over 40 different vendor booths including a wide variety of food and snacks to tempt every appetite. The first night of the event will begin with Cub Scout pack 803 presenting the colors and a performance of the Star Spangled Banner by Eastvale resident, Trisha McIllain. The concert begins at 5:30 with the headliner following at 7:30. Eagles tribute band Desperados will be performing to kick-off JCSD Eastvale Parks & Recreation’s Concert in the Park Series. The summer 2009 series’ theme will feature tribute bands every Thursday evening in July.

Visitors on Saturday can enjoy free picnic style games for all ages, water activities, and the day will culminate with the 9:30pm fireworks show. The event concludes on Sunday and will include a Battle of the Rock Band contest featuring the popular video game followed by Eastvale’s Got Talent – a contest of local talent coordinated by the Eastvale Business Network. Please
