Our Forum advertising is one of the most unique and cheapest models available anythere you'll find. Our Forums are limited to residents of Eastvale only, so your banners are being seen by local customers who want to support local busnesses.
Views are high. With an average of 200 members (neighbors) logging in to the forums daily, banner views for most zones are 500-1300 per DAY - PER AD. Views, also know as impressions, are how many times your ad appeared on the page. Here are the prices for the different Zones along with a screenshot of the zones.

Zone 1. - Zone 1 is seen everywhere in the forum. Private Messages, Arcade, Business Reviews, etc. IT is also seen by non-logged in members because of the zone position it sits in on the page. It appears above the messages. The messages are private, so this is a publicly exposed zone.
Zone 2. - Zone 2 is below the first post. It is seen by post readers as, most people will read at least the very first post in a thread.
Zone 3. - Zone 3 has very good visibility for those that use Quick Reply, which is most users. The placement is very visible as they are typing directly below it. Zone 2 and Zone will almost have the same view opportunities with the exception of closed threads which there are not that many.
The dimensions for the 3 zones are 701 px X 91 px. The is a very large banner for web advertising. .gif, .jpg or .SWF are accepted. Size cannot exceed 500k
Sure. We have made most of the banners on the site. The banner fee is $50.00, which you pay when you create your ad account.
We will need your logo. If you have artwork in AI (Adobe Illustrator) format, give us that. Because the banner is 701 PX Wide, most logos have to be re-created, or should be to look good. If you know your font(s), we need the font name. Your ad is approved by you before it goes up.
When you create your ad account, you will be prompted for payment. PayPal does our processing but YOU DO NOT NEED TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT to proceed. You can pay with any credit card. Just use their guest checkout. They will process AMEX, Discover, Visa and Mastercard. If you do not wish to pay by credit card, please contact us before you proceed.
Here are the steps to get started.
1. First, contact us using the Site Contact Form and ask if space is available.
2. Decide if you are making the banner or we are.
3. If space is available and you have the OK, create an ad account where you can pay for your ad based on your Zone and whether you want a banner created.
4. You will receive confirmation and probably a phone call letting you know when your ad will appear.

Your payment is an automatic subscription. If you choose monthly, you are billed and invoiced monthly. You receive a monthly invoice. Payments are a subscription from PayPal, so they are recurring charges based on your rate. If you choose every 6 months, your CC is billed every 6 months. You can cancel anytime by contacting us or logging into your ad account and cancel. This makes billing easy and payments easy on the clients who want to keep advertising.
You will have access to our ad server via a login. You will see your ad and how it is performing. How many views, clicks and vital statistics. You also have the ability to turn on and off banners. If you submit a few banners, for example, different colors, you can turn on and off as you choose.
Each Zone has a certain number of ads in it. We cap all zones to 10 ads per zone. According to the stats above, the average visitor views 11.48 pages per visit. Each page is an ad view, so in theory you ad will appear to every visitor at least once. The calculation is a completely random algorythm that displays ads. Each page refresh or page load, another ad appears. All advertisers carry the same weighted value. Complimentary ads or promotional ads for the site or a local event gets a lower priority as not to adversly affect the paid advertisers.
No more than two similar business types are allowed in the same zone. All business types must be approved before obtaining an account
Your banner will bring more visibility and awareness to your business. It is up to you, your banner design, your web site and many other factors that mean more business. You will get the views here, that is for sure. Whether you can translate that into actual dollars is up to you.
