Can't get topic to show as "Read"

Mike, I cannot get the Al's bar topic that you closed to show as Read, it still says I have postings that I have not read.

Please help.

Click on the get posts tab on the long blue bar up top. Then click on the very bottom button that reads "Mark Forums Read"

not sure if it's a problem with that specific thread. I've had a similar problem before. Also, if Admin bumps a thread to stay at the top, it will keep coming up as unread [hate that!]. As far as marking thread(s) unread without opening them, you can open a forum and mark just that whole forum as read without marking ALL forums as read like it does under the 'get posts' menu.
