This feature was here in another form a few months ago, but it was a bit buggy and did not work on all browsers. This one should.
It gives you a button to make it easy to check the site before you create a new topic. When you hover over the button, it does have options if you wish to customize it.
You can type something in the subject and hit the check button withour actually making a post if you want to try it out. Pretty handy.
There are over 9,000 topics here on this site now so you may find what you are asking for. If not, ask away.
