Review: On several occasions, I asked the people in the store if the UPS Retail stores charge the same rates as you would find on the UPS website, and I was told yes; however, every time I have sent a package, the rate has been approximately 10% higher than the detailed rate (including package dimensions) from the UPS website.So beware that they DO, indeed, charge a mark-up on the UPS published rates.I'll be shipping from the Ontario hub unless I'm desperate.
