Where do you find the Avatars?

:o I feel sort of dumb for asking, but where do you go to get the Avatars? Wherever I have gone, they are too big to add. Thanks!

Hi Ana....most of us just do a search *avatars* or just find any pic you like...if too large, you can resize it :)

here's a free online image resizer. I like this one because you can tell it what size you want the final product to be. So like for our Avatars which are max size 100x100 pixels, you can input the 100 on the largest end of the picture and the other end will auto calculate so you photo is not distorted.

Sometimes I will just do a search for avatars and when I find one I like, I'll type the name of that avatar and search for one in the right size.

When I looked for the penguin one, I typed in funny penguin gif in the google search area and clicked on the images tab. It will show you pics instead of links to web pages. I look for gifs because I like the animated avatars.

Whatever software you have that saves in .png files, you have to choose "export" to convert it to a .jpg or .bmp file, not simply choose "save as". "Can't we all just get along?"
