This feature has always been here.
When you read a post, look to the right. You will see some information about the poster. The Location field from your profile is also displayed here. Most people display their development, but you can put another location.
Click Quick Links / Your Profile. This will let you see your profile as others do.
Click the About Me Tab
You will see edit icons next to various fields.
Click the edit field and put your location.
