User Review: McBrides RV Service, Chino

Review: For RV owners McBrides is a great repair shop. They are very honest. Once they had our RV for an over heating problem. They spent hours trying to figure out what was wrong. Discovering that it was a couple of engine parts that were still under warranty with Ford. They didn't charge us a dime, told us what the problem was, called Ford on our behalf. The next time in our automatic steps were not working and we were on our way out of town. They tried to fix it and couldn't without ordering a new motor. They ordered the motor with no deposit and submitted the bill to our extended service contract. The following Monday we brought it back in, they made the repair, called us and accepted the payment of $25.00 over the phone and then returned the RV to our storage area for us. Now that is service! We have had them do serveral different things to the RV, we have compared their prices to both Giant RV and Camping World and McBrides is always about the same or less. They also sell propane. If you have a trailer, 5th wheel or RV give McBrides a try. Penny Hantad
