User Review: Buffalo Wild Wings, Eastvale Gateway

Review: I am not one to complain about restaurants, and I have been a loyal supporter of Wild Wings since it opened (I'm a wings-n-beer kind of girl), but I think I have reached my limit of patience...my last 4 visits have been HORRIBLE! No one acknowledges you at 2pm in the afternoon when they are NOT busy to give you a table...an FOUR EMPLOYEES walked right PAST my family at the front door! Seatingtakes forever, I agree...service is ONLY courteous from one lady, but still all very slow. I was served AFTER someone who put their order in 10 minutes after me last time. SOmething is very wrong in the kitchen...wings used to take 5 minutes and now its 30 minutes when I go. They discontinued my favorite beer, and now (this is the petty portion of the show) they replaced my Texas Hold'em with blackjack...ugh. I just can't believe they on't know what is happenng there to work on resolving it. The service is the most horrid of ANY restaurant I've been to anywhere in the area over the entire time they've opened. I won't be going back...it's back to Hooters for me.

Hmmm sounds like it is time for all these reviews to be printed and taken into the manager. I personally wont even try the place due to the negativity i have heard on here and from word of mouth.
