Review: Very poor customer service. They never deliver the vehicle when promised. On my last visit I questioned the customer service rep whether the oil was changed yet (the car was already supposed to be finished but it was still up on the lifts). He told me yes it was done. A little while later I asked the mechanic directly and he told me the oil was NOT changed. When I asked the customer service rep why the discrepancy he accused me of calling him a liar. I don't think that they did all the work I paid for. I'm tired of going here and will not go back to a place that disrespects me as the customer.
