Marking individual messages as read?

Mike, is there a way when I am looking at the "New Posts" screen to mark individual messages as read. For instance, I might only have a few minutes to check messages and I want to quickly mark certain topics as read so the unread list isn't so big next time I log in. I see you have a way to mark all messages as being read but not just 1 or 2.

There are a few things out there for this, let me check. I'll need to test it first on another template, but I'll move this to suggestions.
