Business Reviews: Manager/Owner access?
Mike,
I was wondering... Will you be allowing manager/owner access to the the review section only such as they way school staff has access to the school section? I'm thinking, if the managers and owners of some of these businesses could see where customers might not be so happy, it might help them to address problems and improve. After all, we do want our businesses to do well here, but we really want them to meet our needs.

Not to speak on Mike's behalf, but I believe that anyone, member or not of the forum, can 'see' the reviews of the Business Review Section.

do you mean to see the reviews? The reviews are already viewable by the public. Anyone can see them; only members/residents can add reviews or add a business.
If you think about it, it's a free tool that any local business can use to get feedback from their Eastvale customers. It's also free advertising since their logo, location, phone, website can be included in their listing as well.
