Forum Update: Navigation Bar
I completed the links on the Top Navigation Bar. Arcade, business reviews, etc. I may ad a drop down or two on them but later.
The lower navigation bar, I will get to later because it has to do with more useability and navigation of the forum and that needs more attention and understanding on how people are using the forum and the drop downs. Whereas the top is more sections of the site.
