I basically hired them on the numerous reviews I had read here and heard through word-of-mouth about Eastvale. In other words, I hired them on reputation alone. We had them come out August 27 for ants. I paid $100 and started a standard quarterly service. The guy who came out I believe was the son. He sprayed outside all over and in the garage for spiders, and he knocked-down a few wasp nests. At the time, I did not want to spray indoors because I have a pet, and he said that the ant would probably go away with the outside treatment, but if I had any problems anytime, to just call and they can come do another treatment for anything, since I started the regular service. The contract didn't say much about it; it was pretty much verbal, and like I said, I hired them based on their reputation, so I was not worried. Well, we still had ants. There weren't many so I figured they'd trickle away, and I did not want to hassle them to come out if it was only a few, thinking they'd be gone when the nest outside had to have been killed. So over the next few weeks, I started getting pantry moths, and did not have time to have them out. Finally, when it got bad, and I had to clean out the whole pantry, I called to have them come spray. The son couldn't make it, but he said he'd see if his father would come out. When the dad called me, he said he'd only come out for a $50 fee. This is not what the son had told me when I purchased the quarterly service--that if I'd had any problems at any time, they would come. He also tried to tell me that I was only guaranteed for 60 days. This was day 63. But looking at the contract, I see no where where it states I was only covered for 60 days. It is basically like they just didn't want to come out on a Saturday, and made it up as they went along. They both told me two different things, but in the end, they did not honor the agreement that I had made with the son when I started the quarterly service.

We just had Paul come out to service our pool heater. My husband called him this morning, and he was able to come out the same day. He quickly identified the problem and got it up and running again in no time!

After meeting up with some friends here and hearing their good reviews of the food (and seeing the prices 1/3 that of Benihana's for lunch!) we decided to check it out this past Saturday. I was very impressed with how good the food was, especially considering what a great price it was. Each entree was about $9-$10 each, and we still took some food home. My favorite was the sushi. I am new to sushi, and I haven't yet advanced past California rolls, so I ordered some, and they were excellent here--better than the ones I've had two other places. I just had to go back for some for lunch today because I was craving them. We'll definitely be back!

Erika watched my yorkie, Chloe, for us two separate weeks this past summer while we went on cruises. I didn't even have to worry for a moment that she was well-cared-for. When I went to drop her off the second time, Chloe excitedly ran up to the door and started scratching to be let in!! That tells me everything!! It is very reassuring to know that you're leaving your pets in great hands!

I have always loved Del Taco, and when our own Eastvale Del Taco opened, I was very excited. Back when we lived in Ontario, we had one not too far up the street, and it was frequented by us regularly.
But I am sad to say that I hate this Del Taco. For some reason, the food from this location does not taste like that from other locations. I remember years ago at my old Del Taco they told me that some locations are franchises and some are part of the chain. Now I don't know what the difference with that is business-wise, but as far as the food goes, I know that the beans at some locations taste very different from the ones at others. The ones from this location are very bland and even a little undercooked. This isn't a one-time thing. I think they've been there over a year and have had plenty of time to get things worked out. Also, my favorite Del Taco item is the quesadilla. For some reason, this location will not put the green chile sauce in it. I've even specified to have them put it in and I still get a bland quesadilla. But be careful. You can't ask for extra or they'll dump too much on it. They can't seem to get their stuff right, and I'm tired of giving them chances. If I want Del Taco, I'll head down Hamner and go to the one in Norco.

I just had Dane Hawkins do some rewiring of my bathroom. We used to have one long strip light fixture centered on the bathroom wall and wanted 2 new 3-light fixtures, one centered over each sink. He did an excellent job installing new wiring to accommodate 2 lights where there had previously only been wiring for one. He also installed a new 3-way light switch at the entry to the bathroom so that we can turn on and off the light either at the entry or near the vanity. The builders had never installed a switch at the entry, so that we had to turn off the bathroom light at the sink and walk across a dark bathroom! No more. I was very impressed with Dane's professionalism; he is very knowledgeable about his trade, and it is clear that he takes great pride in his work! It is good to know that the job was in great hands! I will DEFINITELY hire him again in the future, and I whole-heartedly recommend him. This one is a keeper!

I just had my cut and color done by Danielle the other day. She did a great job, and I really love my look. I received lots of compliments on my new hairdo! But the real test was after washing and blow-drying, and it still looked great with minimal effort!

We have visited this location twice. The first time was within the first few days of opening, and there were a lot of flies, and the server didn't seem to have it all together yet. But considering that they had just opened, it was understandable. Our burgers and shakes were excellent, however. We visited again last week, and had excellent food and service. There still seems to be a bit of a fly problem, so I hope they get a door blower or something soon. Other than that, it is a nice burger joint to have around.

We ordered take out from here for the first time last week. Now, I had never had Thai food from a Thai food restaurant before. I have had pad Thai at various restaurants, and I have had Thai-inspired food before, so I'm not the best qualified to compare it to the "real" deal. But...I thought the food was really, really good. We had some chicken in a plum sauce (I think), the yellow chicken curry, and the pad Thai. I really liked the pad Thai; my kids loved the grilled chicken in the plum sauce. The yellow curry, while it tasted delicious, was a little thin. I don't know if that is the way it is supposed to be, but I think it would "work" for me better if it wasn't so watery. That said, the staff was very friendly, and I thought the prices were very reasonable. It is nice to have something different, as I get tired of having the same thing all the time. I will try them again soon.

The pizza was tasty. I thought the crust was a little rubbery, and it was a bit greasy, but I would give them another try. It was nothing to write home about, as my husband likes to say, but it was decent pizza at a decent price.
