We just attended the grand opening of Espericueta's Rock N Tacos yesterday. The service was okay, and I'll reserve a higher rating until after they've been open a while and establish themselves. The food was good and very inexpensive. There were three different salsas and all were equally tasty (just variations in heat). The menu is simple and doesn't overwhelm guests with dozens of various exotic or specialty dishes. Make sure you try the guacamole!
The location is great and easy to get to, right near the Ceramic Cupboard if you know where that is. Good luck to this Eastvale-owned business. I hope you are successful and prosper!

Went to check out the new taco place. Conrad, the owner, took very good care of us and asked for honest comments on how to make the food better.......Well, needless to say nothing needs improvement the food was real good.....The only negative thing was that I expected a rock n roll environment because of the name....even thought there might be some live music down the line after they got settled. But, it did have a great Mexican flair to it and the location is too small for live entertainment  ...... All in all, I would highly recommend it to EVERYONE.

we tried Rock-n-Tacos this past Friday & were very impressed with the taste of the food and pricing.  We were able to sample the meats in order to help us decide . I chose the combo plate which happened to be the special of the day (Fridays) came with 2 tacos (I chose asada) rice, beans & small drink. Excellent food and service. Conrad & Carol took great care of us! We will definately be going back!

We went to Rock n Tacos today and ordered a Torta with Carne Asada. It was delicious!!!!! The owners and staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The prices were great! We paid $ 5.75 for a Torta that was huge!!! It is my new favorite taco place!  clap
