Poor customer service
We took our Volvo to Ontario Volvo b/c of a check engine light being on. They diagnosed the problem and told us that in order to fix it they may accidentally break some other parts. We were them told that we would be responsible for the newly broken parts. WTF?! We told them not to fix anything and that we would take care of it...as it should've been covered under the warranty in the first place. This dealership is close, but that's it's only plus, prices are lower at other So Cal Volvo dealers for the same service!!!
