My neighbor and I started as we knew we needed to do something to get back in shape. The jeans were not sliding on like they use to, so we decided to stop talkimg and start moving. We signed up for the 8 week session and have been working hard since. The trainers appear to be focused and certainly in shape !
I have a right shoulder injury and can't do some of the workouts others can, so rather than sit on a side line - he has me doing a less stressful movement and working the same areas. We all are at different levels and they adjust accordingly.
I like the feeling of team work and the trainers to encourage that. Yet we are not sitting around chit chatting WE ARE WORKING!!!!
Hope you all chanellenge yourself to get back in shape !

I started this program about 5 weeks ago and have noticed drastic changes already. The accomplishments that I have made thus far have built my confidence, not only do I stand taller but I stand stronger! Coming from a pretty athletic background to parenthood, twice over, it has put my body through changes only a mom can understand. I would wake up every morning with an excuse as to why I can't make it to a gym. In all reality, a gym is just BORING. So, I tried this fitness program and have truely enjoyed EVERY minute. I admit there have been times when I had trouble walking the next day but I felt GREAT and knew I was out there improving me! I don't plan on stopping, I'm hooked!
Both Chris and Paul keep you motivated and encourage you to work through the pain. Its hard, but when you enjoy it as much as I do it makes it alot easier. My kids know I leave to exercise and I use this to instill a work ethic and positive attitude toward fitness that I hope they carry on in their adult years.
Thanks Paul and Chris

My wife and I (both 33) accidently stumbled accross the workout in early July at the park. Since joining the bootcamp, we've both shed several lbs. and waist sizes. I've been overweight my entire life, I'm now 33 and finally totally motivated and commited to something pertaining to excercise! The workout is great, the trainers are experts on body conditioning and certainly know how to tweak the workout for individuals so each person gets a GREAT workout. The classes are a good size and ages range from 16 to 60. We have also never done the same workout twice, so your body never gets used to anything (like walking the dogs). If your looking to get in shape for the first time in your life or just trying to stay in shape, I highly recommend this workout. I'm pretty sure the first one is still free so you can give it a try, no risk right? If you don't like it, you can go back to holding your couch down every night. Extreme Fitness Rocks!!! and we're looking GOOD!

My husband and I only attended 2x a week, but we noticed a change in our lifestyle almost immediately. We both began doing other fitness activities during the week to get in better shape so our Extreme Fitness workouts wouldn't seem so daunting. That's not something we expected, but it's a welcome change and I guess Extreme Fitness was the catalyst for us to make that change. Better than if something like diabetes or some other health problem forced us to make the change, right?
This is not your typical "boot camp" or "mom & me" walk in the park type work out. This is EXTREME as the business name says, but only limited by what you set your mind out to do. You get out of it what you put into it. Although the owner was previously in the navy, the army slogan "Be All You Can Be" comes to mind. Extreme Fitness will do that for you.
As tough as it was when we first started, I began to look forward to the workouts. Although I didn't lose pounds, others did notice I was tighter and lost some inches. My fitness and strength levels were what was most noticable to me and what will motivate me to continue with a fitness program for a healthier lifestyle. Thanks Paul! Thanks Extreme Fitness!!

I have to agree with Lupe's review...I was only able to go work with Paul a couple of times before I got a BAD sinus infection and had to take a break, but then school started up and I had to take morning carpools and I can't get the time slot to work anymore...the POINT is...after being there just twice I found I felt amazing after the work out! I hated not being able to re-start, so I have a new commitment with my husband and have been going to the gym 4x/week since the beginning of September. I credit Paul with that! When I get in a bit better shape, I want to go back to him a couple times and have him "test" me.
He really does ROCK, folks!

I have been training for 3 months (twice a week) now & I must say - IT'S GOOD. Both Chris & Paul are good & it shows. The best aspect is they do not accept it when you say "I can't do this" but motivate you enough to try & get it done !!!
Though it was tough to begin with, my family and friends began noticing a change - both with weight loss & muscle tone - within a month. My fitness and strength levels have greatly improved & I look forward to my weekly workouts now. Thanks Paul !!!

I signed up with Extreme Fitness a few weeks ago with no expectations. I had taken several other fitness classes with no results. After the first class I was addicted! The workouts challenge me and they are always different. We work together as a team to encourage and motivate eachother and Paul's motivational speeches are great! I am loving the compliments and questions as to what I am doing from co-workers, family and friends. I feel more energetic and my body is a whole lot tighter and stronger. I still have a way to go, but I am extremely pleased with my results thus far.

I was looking for a way to jumpstart my weight loss. I saw Paul demonstrate his services at the Picnic in the Park. I was skeptical at first but realized that I needed someone to push me. I knew what I needed to do but I couldn't motivate myself. I didn't realize the things that Paul and his partners showed us can actually make a difference. I have lost 15 lbs to date and thats with going twice a week. His evening hours worked great for me. I am now in my busy season at work and have had to cut back on the sessions, however, January I will be back. I suggest anyone really ready to lose weight do this now. Don't expect someone to cater to your excuses. You will be pushed and in the end really appreciate being pushed. I especially love the bear crawls.

Well, I've been going to the morning class for a little over 4 weeks now, and I love it! I needed to get back in shape after having a baby and getting very sick a week after having my daughter. My husband found out about this workout class on this Eastvale site and I am so glad that he did. I was a bit hesitant at first but after the first workout, I was hooked...and VERY sore!!
Paul, the instructor, shows no mercy, but it is not negative. He pushes you to ignore the excuses that make you want to give up and not get out of bed in the morning. Your biggest enemy becomes your mind.
The workouts are tough, but you will feel so good after each work out. After 4 weeks, my husband has noticed my body changing and has complimented me on it. I'll be sticking with this for a while, I love the way I feel.
Thank you Paul for the push.

I attended extreme fitness training last July for about 4 months. Went 2x a week and felt great. I took time off over the holidays and have now started up with the Outdoor fitness class offered through JCSD. I love that it's at Harada Park and that it's at 6AM. I go 4x a week now and my body is telling me I shouldn't have take the few months off. The work out is doable yet it pushes you to give the extra mile. I plan on going for the next few months. The price is affordable, better than all the others that are offered and being down the street make it even better! I signed up my son and his fiance so they can enjoy working out together (and to have company for me)! They are now making plans to work out together on the days we don't have class! The workouts really motivate you to get in shape!!

This is a great work out program if you want to push yourself to the next limits. It does work you hard but the outcome is well worth it. You fill incredibly great afterwards. There are great people in the class that help push one another. The instructor knows when and how much to push an individual. I recommend this class. I thought i was only going to do it for one month but I like it so much I'm going to keep on going.

I'm a first timer and i've only been training with Paul for a week. I heard stories before I signed up so I had an idea of what to expect. I was just praying that my body and mind would go with the program . And so far it has .
This training is completely different from my workouts at home. It's hard and painful, but, I love that we're doing something different everyday. You never know what you'll be doing until your doing it. He pushes you to keep going and do your best. In just 1 week I can already feel a difference in my mental and physical strength. I'm getting my motivation back and i'm determined to keep going until I look and feel healthy. Thanks Paul.

I truly enjoy this extreme workout class. In the beginning I felt a little discouraged as I noticed I needed much improvement. Every morning I still go home sore after each workout, but I feel accomplished and I definately have noticed I have more energy to get through the day. Paul is an amazing, motivational, instuctor who seems to always notice when anyone starts to slack but then pushes us to where we need to be and sets us staight. I enjoy the variety of excercises and workouts that this class offers, it is geared to fit and satisfy all ages and weights.
This is my 2nd month and do plan on taking this class again. Thanks Paul Erika Galvan

My mother and I enrolled in this class not knowing what to expect. After the first class, we thought we were in over our heads. We definitely became sore the next day, but at the same time we knew that our bodies were getting a much needed workout. Paul pushes your body to the limit, but in the end you feel proud of yourself after finishing these intense workouts. Everyday is a completely different workout and you never know what to expect which is great!! After a couple weeks, my mother and I immediately noticed that we have much more energy throughout the day as well as toning in areas of our bodies.

Thanks Paul!!

AMAZING is the first word I think of when it comes to Paul's Boot Camp classes!!! After 10 months in a class taught by a different trainer, I switched to Extreme Fitness and wish I had done so sooner!! Paul is a fabulous motivator, his workouts are always different, and he modifies his programs to challenge all fitness levels (I'm 8 months pregnant and am getting a terrific -- and safe -- workout every time I do the class!!) If I can do it, you can too!!!

I've only been with Extreme Fitness 3 weeks and have already seen a tremendous difference in my energy level. I, too had been to a different trainer previously (for about 5 months), but notice with Paul a bigger difference. He pushes us, motivates us, and gets us out of our comfort zone. I've already lost inches and pounds. What a great feeling to put on your clothes and they're loose. Our workouts are always something different which I like. I look forward to the inches melting off and getting in better shape. I encourage anyone who is looking for a butt-kicking workout, this is the place you want to be. You will see results.

This has been my first month participating in the crossfit workout class and I love it! The schedule works out for me 6:00 - 7:00 am, Monday through Thrusday. If there is ever a problem and I can't make it to my class the instructor (Paul) allows me to make it up during his evening sessions.
I have more energy and I have already seen an improvement on my body's tone! Eveyone should participate in this class, it kicks your butt, but it's worth every minute when you go and try on dresses!

Just finished my 3rd month and every month has been awesome . Originally I had signed up because I was bored with my home workouts and I wanted to lose weight. But this workout is so GREAT that I don't even think about my weight anymore. I'm too excited about how much energy I have, being able to run longer, being able to do basic exercises that I haven't been able to do since middle school (that was a looong time ago). The big improvement in my strength is my motivation and I feel more confident in what and how much I can do.
Paul always has something new for us. Everyday is a new workout and the best part is when we do something "Extreme" like pushing his truck, running with tires and the Norco hill .
This is no boring workout nor is it an easy workout but it is an addicting
workout.
Thanks Paul, for you. See you again in July.
