I have never been inside - only drive thru. It seems as if the line moves quiclky when waiting. The only thing is I burned myself out on Carls Jr when they opened up due to the convenience, especailly for the kids. Need more choices on that side of town.

As I said, I like it because it is close. I am a big Carl's Jr Fan. I like their menu and the big'ole messy burgers.
But, this one here is terrible. I hate onions and always ask for no onions. I ask for a breakfast burrito a few times a week and it is always with "no salsa" (which has the onions). And guess what, yeah, you got it. Onions (or salsa). I have talked to two managers about this and they fix it, but it always happens. I counted 6 times out of 7 times I had onions when I asked for no onions. The order takers get it right, but not the cooks.
What the heck? I even asked for the guy's name who made my burrito once because I was so upset after like the fourth time and I told them I am calling their OC Corporate office. Although I did not do that.
So now, as I did this morning, I order my steak burito and sit there in the drive thru while I open it up and check, therefore messing up my burrito in the process. I could tell by the weight of the burrito it had no salsa, but I took my time for dramatic effect because the manager was watching me.
It's not like they throw you an extra burger once in a while or a few extra orders of fries. Kick me down a few extra things to even it out and I will not be so upset. I am asking for LESS and they still screw that up.
It is truly a love-hate relationship.

I used to be a huge Carl's fan, but I think they have gone downhill. Ours on Schleisman and Archibald is awful! I have yet to get hot fries, they mess up my order often, and the food is just BLAH!! They did start serving the homecut fries, which were awesome...but a month later i asked for them and they said they aren't serving them anymore.
We don't go here anymore. Regardless of convenience.

I went in there a few months back and that will be my last. The place was filthy. You would think that being that it is a newer facility it would be kept up better. But I was not impressed. Food was not great either.

I am a big fan of Carls Jr but this location just doesn't measure up to the chain. My food always tastes as if it has been sitting around. I at first thought it was just the six dollars burgers as maybe they aren't as popular. I quit ordering them and have found the same issue with just about everything else I have tried. I am going to quit this location for a while and see if they get it together at a later date.

This location of Carl's Jr. generates a lot of traffic therefore you would have to assume that the food would be fresh since there's a bigger demand. Unfortunately this is not the case. Although they provide fast service the food is of poor quality compared to other locations. Often the French fries are not up to par and the meat on the burgers is dry and cold. Also items with lettuce are usually limp and not crisp. I have also stopped going to this location. I'd rather make a sandwich at home then pay to have a meal of such poor quality.

I am so dis-enchanted with this Carls Jr. that I started going back to the one in Norco.
I eat out alot as a teacher. No time to cook. I consider myself a connoisseur of the drive-thru. This Carls Jr. in the Albertsons center is just awful. Here is a short list of problems:
1. Food has been cold and overcooked.
2. Lettuce and tomatoes are limp and mushy
3. burgers have been poorly stacked and wrapped
4. I have waited in excess of 15 minutes in the drive thru on more than one occasion
5. NO value menu items (do they think Eastvalers are made of money?)
The bottom line: I have gone back to the CJ in Norco on Hamner. It might be run down, but the food just tastes better!

I couldn't agree more with what everyone is saying.....last time I was so upset I actually called the corporate office to complain - so far they haven't sent any coupons or anything - just....we'll make sure the management knows you were unhappy. Come on - how hard is it really to serve hot food especially when the lines are usually so long? Grrrrr.

I don't know about you but..... every time I go to this Carl's Jr. they are unable to get our order correct. We went inside to get lunch and all I ordered was.. one 4 piece nugget kids meal and one 6 piece nugget kids meal and they couldn't even get this right. We received two 4 piece nugget meals, I should have looked to see if the order was correct but didn't, as we left my daughter told me that she didn't get all of her nuggets so we drove through the drive thru requesting the missing two nuggets, when we got to the window the guy just rolled his eyes at us and gave us the two nuggets that we paid for that they forgot to give us. With customer service like this it really makes you want to go back.

We don't normally eat fast food but, we were at Open house for a while and the Laker game was on so we thought we'd try it. Bad idea!! I was expecting to cry (you know, like the commercial) from the spicy chicken...not a tear! They forgot some of our food and we had to go back, so much for the Laker game. I don't think I'll be going back. I'll try Subway if I'm over there and in a hurry again.

I would agree. We went through the drive thru last week and the service was very poor. Bad guest service all around. The shift leader Sandra wasn't very helpful. We wont be going back anytime soon.
