My experience with Vons has been nothing less than wonderful. They have always been polite, courteous, overwilling to help me, and they have great customer service!

I haven't been very happy with Von's and there long lines at the register. I would think if the employees saw a long line or 2, they would promptly get other registers open, instead of waiting for the irritated customers to bring it to there attention. they need to be more proactive instead of a very slow reactive work place.
Then theres the issue of items contantly going bad(expiered) I would buy a loaf of bread,or a bundle of grapes, or some provalone sliced cheese and they would be bad within a VERY short time. somtimes the next day.no one wants to open there fridge to find MOLD on there food they had just spent good money for just days before.
And NO, I'm not one to bring back my food to get my money back, much less a replacement of more of the same.
I hope Vons managment reads this so they can hopefully fix this ongoing problem. I dont want to go start shopping somewhere else for everything where its not close by and convenient, but I will if I have too.

I'd have to agree. I spoke to one of the cashiers at vons,after standing in line with my items for 20 minutes. She thanked me for complaining,Saying,that corporate was cutting back,saving in man power and hours. I told her,corporate won't have to be concerned about that to much longer.All their dedicated VONs shoppers will be shopping at Ralphs soon,as they've dwindled their help to the point of neglecting their regular customers.

Poor Customer Service

I went to Vons to buy some items for a birthday party that i needed. Several employees were stocking shelves and did not want to take me to the isle where my items were located. It wasnt until a fellow shopper assisted me in locating the section of the store my items were at.
