      Pros: it's local
Cons: Very poor service and quality

Not only are the stylists poor colorists (horizontal stripes of over -processed color left in my hair twice this year by two different stylists) but more than once either I or my daughter have been "bumped" when the stylists' friends come in without appointments and are taken out of turn (Beatrice did this today 4-3-10 by phone as did TWO of the other employees). If I could give this establishment a negative star rating, I would. Simply awful.

      Pros: None
      Cons:

I typically get a haircut in Long Beach, yes I drive that far just for a nice haircut, but I am starting to get tired of driving that far for a haircut. After going to the Haircutter, I regret that I didn't drive to my regular barber. This place is horrible. I went in and it took them only 15 minutes to cut my hair. The hair cutter asked if I want to wash my hair and I said yes, the funny thing is that she washed my hair first and then cut it. I thought that was weird. Every other place that I have gone to, always wash my hair after the cut. When I got home, I still have loose hair all over my head and shirt.

When I got home and took a shower, I looked in the mirror and noticed that my hair is not even. My wife had to go in and correct all the uneven parts. I was so disappointed, I didn't even bother going back and get it corrected.

      Pros: Nice People
      Cons: Shotty workmanship

Took the girl 10 minutes to cut my thick, thick hair...need I say more? Takes me 10 minutes to brush the beast. In that 10 min. the girl badly cut her hand and had to go get first-aid rendered. One of the worst cuts I have ever recieved. My husband asked if they could do a very specific cut and they ALL almost ran for the back door when he said flat-top. Needless to say he did not get a flat-top. Crappy work due to fast turn around...not a recomended place to go.
