Positive aspects of the business (pros):	close to home, convenient and it has a gas station!!!!!
Negative aspects of the business (cons):	none

I love having this convenience. Now I can get gas for the car at the last possible second

and I can run in to get milk and be back in the car in about 1.5 minutes. Its clean and seems to have whatever I need at the last minute.
