My hard drive crashed. I bought a new one for Mike to put in. He installed it, reloaded the operating system, delivered it and set it up (including the printers.) Then the new drive developed problems. He exchanged the drive and redid everything without any additional charge.

Mike is very knowledgable of the computer and this is his passsion. He has been to our office at Linden Stevens dental office as well as my house and my coworkers home. He is able to fix our computers even when he is not in the office wow what a great service. He cleaned up our home computer and it runs faster and no errors!!!!! Mike came out the same day I called and fixed our computer! He cleaned out our system, installed anti-virus programs, and he gave me a world of knowledge on how to maintain the system.
When I first moved to Eastvale, I had called Geek Squad to set up my home office - BIG MISTAKE! They were very expensive and I had to wait for a week before they came out.
Eastvale Computer Service is truly the BEST!

I took one of Mikes computer classes last night and he came thru again it was on photo storage and I learned so much, once again he explained things in English (not computer talk) so it was easily understood, the content of the class was very thorough...I can not wait to take another one of his classes.....I will become a computer guru yet!!!!

We called Eastvale Computer this morning and Mike was here by noon and had the problem fixed within 15 minutes. This is the third time we have called thinking it may be time to upgrade to a newer computer, but Mike is always able to fix and keep it maintained so it runs better than ever. We called Mike and he came out the same day to fix our computer! It was a mess...it had tons of viruses! He cleaned everything up, downloaded anti-virus software and gave us alot of knowledge about our computer and tips for preventing the problem in the future! Mike squeezed me in the same day I called and he cleaned up my computer and made it operate like it should with 1GB RAM. The reason I contacted him was that for some unknown reason my computer went haywire and all of MY DOCUMENTS disappeared. Mike was unable to locate them either but he provided me with two different Data Recovery products along with a quick tutorial of how to use them and I was able to successfully recover all of my lost files. What a HUGE relief this was! I had brought my computer to Geek Squad at Best Buy before learning about Mike and they told me there really was no hope and that my files were gone, but if I really wanted to get them back, it would probably cost me $600-$700. The $85 I spent for Mike to come to my house and work with me and my computer was well worth it. As I continued to try and recover my files, Mike never hesitated to reply promptly to my emails asking for guidance and even checked in with me to see how the process was going. That is awesome customer service!
Thanks again Mike!!! You are the man and I am relieved to know I have a great computer guy who is just a phone call away.

This is my 2nd time calling Mike - this time it was my husband's computer who went black - Mike called before coming and was able to not only fix my husband's computer, but took the time to look at mine and our 2 daughter's as well. He explained everything to my husband (who's not computer savvy) and gave him some great tips as well. And our daughters are very happy that he was able to get their wireless connection working again! Mike is very knowledgeable in his field and he doesn't make you feel "dumb" when asking questions. Would recommend him to everyone who needs help with their computers, which I did, he fixed my sister-in-laws computer in Norco and she is very happy as well!

I needed a laptop serviced like, yesterday...for a presentation to give in 48 hours. I dropped it off at Eastvale Computers. In less than 24 hours, Mike had my laptop running extremely fast, no viruses, and doing extra things I couldn't do before, and I got it back faster than I could have imagined.
Of my 14 + years of getting computers looked at & repaired, never has a computer repair business come close to this excellent service. Nobody, and I mean NOBODY can beat Eastvale Computer Services for Professionalism, Price or Service. Unbelievable.

The price for the service was fantastic. I had a pc and a laptop that had some serious issues. Mike explained the various options and the reasoning behind his recommendations. I would have picked his brain more but after 3 hours, he had to leave for his daughters soccer practice (a great benefit of living and workind in Eastvale). You have not had your computers revitalized until Eastvale Computer Services has been on the scene. I don't know he does what he does for the super prices charged, but hey-take advantage of the services at today's great price for the outstanding services provided.
