If you're going to buy or sell a home in this market you need experts like Al and Shani Rodriquez. Al was able to help my husband and I navigate not only the tricky task of buying our first home but also the short sale process that is becoming more and more common. Without his knowledge it would have been nearly impossible to complete our home purchase. His integrity, honesty, and ability to explain real estate jargon into comprehendible terms was exceptional. His willingness to accommodate our schedule which included many burning questions late at night and the many demands and personalities that he had to contend with when gaining the approval from family was beyond expectation. I recommend Al and Shani to everyone I know, it's rare to find a realtor that looks out for your best interest, that you trust, and is so knowledgeable and personally invested in the community that he is working in. Great job Al! You really made a difficult process smooth and enjoyable. We love our house and couldn't have found it without you!

Al and Shani, knew the ins and outs of this process. At times Al had to almost train the other agent on the sellers end. In such a stressfull process Al and Shani knew what to do and always were very confident in the process. With the market the way it is and all of the agents out there, you need to get the best agent around.
Al and Shani, thanks for your help and our home. You have really saved us. I would recomend to anyone looking to buy or sell. If I ever need an agent again, (Hopefully not), I would use you.
